About Ethan
I have been designing websites professionally since 1999 when I was a web developer for an international investment bank. I got started a few years earlier when I was an artist and needed my own website. I taught myself how to write HTML code by reading a book and using “trial and error” tactics. I got a lot of hands-on experience through work and would write my own code in Notepad or Cold Fusion. Nowadays designing sites is much easier.
In addition to virtual design I have an eye for spatial design as well. I have been organizing people’s spaces since I was a teenager. When in high school my mom’s friends would hire me to sort through their attics and garages. I was a Marie Kondo when she was in diapers!
I simply have a knack for designing effective spaces and I love it. I would be happy to discuss your project even if we don’t end up working together. Life-size Tetris is fun!

Web Design & Development
I will create a beautiful, clean, responsive website that enables any user to maintain on their own. I recommend WordPress with Elementor but can also work with SquareSpace. We can add e-commerce, a blog, mailing list(s), social media, galleries, etc. There are limitless options, so a phone consultation is the best way to get started.
Personal Organizer
This is my special gift. If you want to organize your kitchen drawers or bedroom closet, improve your office functionality, figure out how to make the best use of your garage space, or get ready for some remodel project, I can help! I don’t know how/where/why I obtained this passionate skill, I feel like it must be innate because it is just so natural!
Van Build Layouts
Whether you're starting from scratch or want to rework your build I can help design an effective space. After discussing the functionality of your van and understanding your needs I will create a visual rendering that you can bring to a van build company for implementation.
