I have been designing websites professionally since 1999, when I worked as a web developer for an international investment bank. My interest in web design actually began a few years earlier. As an artist, I needed a website to showcase my work, so I taught myself HTML through books, experimentation, and plenty of trial and error. That curiosity eventually became a career spanning more than two decades.

While building websites is much more accessible today than it was in the early days of hand-coding every page, the fundamentals of good design remain the same: clear organization, thoughtful structure, and an intuitive user experience.

My passion for design extends beyond the digital world. I also have an eye for creating functional, organized spaces. Since I was a teenager, I’ve enjoyed helping people transform cluttered rooms, garages, and workspaces into environments that are both practical and visually appealing. You could say I was organizing spaces long before it became a popular trend.

Whether I’m designing a website or reimagining a physical space, I enjoy finding simple, effective solutions that make life easier. Looking back, I’ve realized there is a common thread running through everything I do: I’m drawn to creating order from complexity. Good design isn’t just about how something looks—it’s about creating experiences that are organized, functional, and intuitive.
